caratteristiche tecniche: irraggiamento solare, morfologia del terreno, accessibilit\u00e0 per le fasi di costruzione e distanza dalla rete di trasmissione.<\/p><p>Nel secondo stadio viene verificata la compatibilit\u00e0 normativa: coerenza con le aree idonee regionali, assenza di vincoli paesaggistici o ambientali ostativi, e fattibilit\u00e0 del percorso autorizzativo.<\/p><p>Nel terzo stadio
